IMPORTANT: Please e-mail the following information on each Retreat attendee: Name, Address, Telephone number, Congregation, Age category (see below) to Deloris Reaves. (Please put in the subject line of your e-mail: LADIES' RETREAT 2010 REGISTRATION ATTENDEES. (NOTE: Payment for each attendee must be made via Paypal. Once you click on the Paypal link, enter in the number of registrations you are paying for before proceeding to checkout. (If you do not, you will not be able to go back in and reuse the credit/debit card on that same day).
If you wish to mail in your payment, please download a paper Registration Form, complete form in its entirety and mail it to the address listed on the form.
